Greetings, #TheDanishWay

thedanishway

‘Tis the season for season’s greetings, friends. A time for gathering with your nearest and dearest over good food and even better beer. A time for laughter, a time for parties but also a time that brings with it some potentially tricky situations.

We are of course talking about the inevitable greeting. It’s a minefield. Do you go for a kiss on the cheek or a hug, or maybe both? How about a handshake, too formal?

So this year, why not try greeting friends and family the Danish way? Skål!

Carlsberg 1883

1883

In 1883, Carlsberg succeeded in breaking the ‘code of the code’, so that you got a stable beer that tasted just right every time. Instead of keeping the secret, J.C. Jacobsen shared the revolutionary discovery with breweries throughout Europe. A beautiful gesture that makes Carlsberg 1883 the obvious beer to share.
